Late 17th century map by prolific map makers Gerard and Leonard Valk who were father and son. The extraordinary quality of this piece allows us to publish it a few inches larger than the original at approximately 53″ x 23.5″ (134.6 x 59.7 cms) to create a truly unique edition. Countries featured include Spain, Italy, Eygypt, Cyprus, Sicily, Sardinia, Corsica, Menorca, Majorca, Morocco, Algeria, Tripoli and Candia now known as Crete. Please note that we are unable to offer a framing service for this map at the current time due to the finished size and weight and recommend that you entrust this to a local picture framer to whom it should not present a problem.
